- ➤ Georgetown High School senior Brylee Dew published a children's book inspired by her sister Bailey’s cancer journey to help young readers understand cancer. The book will be shared with local elementary schools—Bailey will graduate later this week and attend Texas A&M to study early childhood education. FOX 7
- ➤ Georgetown ISD’s class of 2025 will walk the stage this weekend with senior Nathan Aaker, who earned a perfect SAT score and ranked in the top 10 percent — he will give his salutatorian speech and plan to join the University of Texas in the fall. FOX 7
