- ➤ The ACLU and other civil rights groups announced plans Thursday to sue over Senate Bill 10—a Texas law that will require public schools to display a specific version of the Ten Commandments, which passed the House on May 25 and the Senate on May 28. The governor has yet to sign the bill, and the challenge centers on concerns over religious messaging in schools. KXAN
